We seek someone who is confident, proactive, and trend-savvy with previous experience working with a luxury or contemporary fashion brand. You’re perfect for this position if you’re a strong sales driver who enjoys spending time on the floor working with your team and clients.

What You'll Be Doing
  1. Elevate the Store Experience: Assist in the overall shopping experience for all Sam Edelman Clients utilizing the “The Sam Style” model and providing an inviting world-class experience with a customer-first approach. Actively engage and build relationships with customers.
  2. Deliver on Visual Merchandising Standards: Assist store leadership with executing product placement and visual standards consistent with company guidelines and expectations. Maintain the store’s cleanliness, organization, safety, and easy shoppability.
  3. Drive with Passion: Meet performance metrics by exhibiting passion and enthusiasm for the brand, embracing company initiatives, contests, and strategies. Communicate clearly and promptly with the Store Team & Store Sales Manager.
  4. Embody Respect and Professionalism: Engage in our professional store culture where all associates’ contributions are valued, respected, and appreciated.
  5. Other Essential Functions: Complete other projects and assignments as directed by management.

Physical Requirements and Environment
  1. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. safely
  2. Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, climb, push, and pull frequently
  3. Extended periods of mobility on the sales floor
