In this role, you will develop and consistently demonstrate a detailed understanding of our sales process and product line, while meeting the diverse needs of our customers.

We offer competitive base rates with flexible schedules. Additionally, there is an opportunity to increase your earnings through uncapped commission-based pay each period.

Responsibilities include:

1. Building Relationships & Providing Exceptional Customer Experiences: Demonstrate products, highlight features and benefits, and actively foster a welcoming service atmosphere. Address customer questions/concerns professionally to ensure a seamless brand experience.
2. Store Presentation Support: Assist with stock management, visual displays, daily operations, and store maintenance. Be timely in opening and closing procedures and support store upkeep as needed.
3. Drive & Self-Motivation: Work towards business goals, focus on self-development, and pursue personal achievement.
4. Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as needed to meet business needs.
5. Commission Opportunities: Earn uncapped commissions, with total pay varying based on hourly wages and commissions.

Preferred Qualifications & Education

• 1-3 years retail sales, customer service, or hospitality experience, ideally in a comparable brand environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced team setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of learning new proprietary systems.
• Experience with POS systems, including register and cash handling.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly, using proper techniques and equipment.
• Use of step stools or ladders to access inventory.
• Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Extended periods of mobility on the sales floor.
