Job summary

val's services is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to maintain a clean, organized store with a customer-first focus. You will assist customers, operate cash registers, stock and recover inventory, and help uphold store appearance and safety standards.

You may lead the store in the absence of higher-level managers. The role requires strong communication, cash handling, and ability to lift up to 40 pounds; occasional outdoor exposure and driving to the bank for deposits may be involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of supervisory or related experience preferred.
• Ability to drive to the bank for deposits.
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds; occasional lifting up to 55 pounds.

• Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and assist customers as needed.
• Receive, unpack, stock, rotate merchandise, and create displays following planograms.
