BoxDrop Jeffersonville Furniture Direct is seeking a motivated Full-Time Sales Associate to join our family-run store. No pressure shopping and friendly service help customers find the right furniture and mattresses.

You’ll greet customers, explain product features, process transactions, and work toward store sales goals. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged, with pay at 17 USD/hour plus commission (18 USD/hour for bilingual).

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently or in a small team.
• Willingness to learn product features and sales process.
• No prior furniture experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming shopping experience.

BoxDrop Jeffersonville Furniture Direct is looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Full-Time Sales Associate to join our team!

We are a family-run furniture and mattress business focused on providing our customers with quality products at great prices while creating a friendly, comfortable, no-pressure shopping experience.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and is motivated to succeed in sales. Previous furniture or sales experience is helpful, but not required. We'll train the right person.

Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply and will receive $18/hour + commission.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming shopping experience
• Learn our furniture and mattress products and confidently explain their features and benefits
• Help customers find products that fit their needs, style, and budget
• Assist customers throughout the entire sales process
• Process sales transactions and operate the register
• Follow up with customers and help close sales, online and in-person
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom
• Assist with moving furniture and mattresses when needed
• Help with inventory and general store operations
• Work toward individual and store sales goals
• Represent our family business in a friendly and professional manner
