Job summary

Menards Inc. in Hudson, Wisconsin is seeking a Sales Team Member to join our busy retail team. You will greet customers, help them find the products they need, and keep the store well merchandised and ready for shoppers.

This full-time role includes on-the-job training, advancement opportunities, and benefits such as medical and dental plans, store discounts, and profit sharing. Weekend availability may be required, with additional pay of $3 per hour on Saturdays and Sundays.

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful to customers in a fast paced retail environment.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with finding products for their projects.
• Keep store displays neat and merchandised for easy shopping.
• Operate cash register and process transactions accurately.
