Menards is seeking a Sales Team Member for our Kent, OH location to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. You will greet customers, help them find products for their projects, and keep the store organized and merchandised to enhance the shopping experience.

This full-time role offers weekend pay differentials, store discounts, and opportunities for advancement within a promoting-from-within culture.
