Menards Inc. is seeking Sales Team Members to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will welcome customers, help them locate products for their projects, and contribute to keeping the store merchandised and ready for shoppers.

This full-time role offers on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement within a promote-from-within culture. Weekend pay increases and store discounts are part of the package, along with medical and dental plans.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
