PrideNow in Dallas/Austin, TX is seeking Safety Drivers to test and improve autonomous vehicles on real roads. You will switch between manual driving and supervising autonomous mode, monitor surroundings, and help the technology learn safe driving.

We value good drivers who are safety-conscious, observant, dependable, and comfortable learning new tech. Training is provided; full-time, 40 hours/week with multiple shifts in Dallas or Austin.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver's license held for at least 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Switch between manual driving and supervising autonomous mode
• Monitor traffic, pedestrians, road conditions, and your surroundings
• Identify potential hazards and react appropriately
• Work alongside remote operators and engineering teams
• Perform basic vehicle safety checks
• Record observations and driving data
• Help collect information used to improve autonomous driving systems
• Assist with basic technology-related tasks
• Help with simple hardware adjustments and software uploads
• Follow established testing and safety procedures
