PepsiCo is seeking a full-time route delivery partner in McCook, NE. The role starts at 5am and runs Sunday through Thursday. You will drive a PepsiCo truck on a local route, delivering and checking in orders, unloading products, stocking shelves, and rotating inventory to ensure freshness for shoppers.

You will also build relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute national and local initiatives, with on-the-job training provided for the day-to-day tools and processes.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
