PepsiCo Inc. in Gering, NE is seeking a route delivery driver to service local stores, unload and stock shelves, and build strong relationships with store teams.

This full‑time role requires driving a PepsiCo truck, completing deliveries, and maintaining daily records with provided tools. You will be on the go most of the day in a fast‑paced environment, with on‑the‑job training and opportunities to advance within a nationally recognized brand.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsabilités

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
