Job summary

PepsiCo in Marion, IL is seeking a Route Delivery Associate to drive a PepsiCo truck on a local route, service stores, deliver and check in orders, unload products, stock shelves, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers. You will build trusted relationships with store managers, grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.

The role includes on-the-job training and a flexible schedule that covers vacations, with 5 days on and 2 off in a 7-day

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
