Job summary

Canteen, a Compass Group company, is seeking a Route Driver to deliver micro market products on a fixed Katy, TX route. You will operate a company vehicle, maintain inventory, and provide excellent service on every visit.

No prior experience required for the role; must have a valid driver's license and be able to lift 50 lbs. This full-time position offers steady hours Monday through Friday and opportunities for advancement within Canteen.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving experience required.
• Preferred 1-2 years’ customer service experience, or at least 1 year related experience.
• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to operate or learn material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products on a fixed route and maintain micro market inventory.
• Provide excellent client and customer satisfaction on every visit.
• Keep truck loaded per daily route and follow safety procedures.
• Report equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance.
• Set up displays and promote products to customers.
• Maintain accurate receipts, invoices, and delivery documentation.
• Conduct routine cleaning and sanitation of micro market equipment.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
