Job summary

Canteen is hiring a full-time Route Driver to service our micromarket route in Garner, NC. You will drive a company vehicle, load, deliver products, and maintain micro market equipment while presenting a professional image to clients.

The role offers an early start, Monday–Friday schedule, and opportunities for advancement. A valid driver’s license and prior route or customer service experience are preferred, with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

3 years driving experience required.
Preferred 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service position, or a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
Valid Non-CDL Class C driver’s license (state requirements) for safe operation of company vehicles.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.
Ability to operate or learn material handling equipment (box truck, handcarts, etc.).
Able to work independently and manage route with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for micro market.
Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance.
Conduct routine cleaning and sanitation of micro market and related equipment.
Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and keep the vehicle clean and organized.
