Job summary

Canteen is hiring a full-time Route Driver to service our micromarket route in Garner, NC. You will drive a company vehicle, load, deliver products, and maintain micro market equipment while presenting a professional image to clients.

The role offers an early start, Monday–Friday schedule, and opportunities for advancement. A valid driver’s license and prior route or customer service experience are preferred, with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving experience required.
• Preferred 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service position, or a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver’s license (state requirements) for safe operation of company vehicles.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.
• Ability to operate or learn material handling equipment (box truck, handcarts, etc.).
• Able to work independently and manage route with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for micro market.
• Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance.
• Conduct routine cleaning and sanitation of micro market and related equipment.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and keep the vehicle clean and organized.
