High Hotels Ltd. - Room Attendant

High Hotels Ltd. is a leading operator of select-service and extended stay hotels across PA & NJ, committed to maintaining high standards in guest service and product quality.

As a Room Attendant at High Hotels Ltd., you will ensure cleanliness and service standards are met by performing routine duties. You will take pride in providing exceptional guest experiences by maintaining hotel guest rooms and common areas. Your duties may include working in various areas such as laundry, common area cleaning, and room cleaning.

This position is primarily located at the Hampton Inn & Suites on South Queen St. in York, PA.

This is a full-time position (5 days per week) with hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on weekdays and 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM on weekends. Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Shift end times may vary based on occupancy and workload. Weekend shifts include a $2/hr shift premium.

Starting pay ranges from $16.99/hr to $17.30/hr, depending on experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning guest rooms and common areas according to brand standards within allotted time.
• Vacuuming carpets and furniture.
• Dusting furniture.
• Cleaning kitchenettes and washing dishes in suites.
• Changing bed linens.
• Cleaning guest bathrooms.
• Sanitizing high-touch areas to meet standards.
• Assisting with laundry: washing, drying, folding, and sorting.
• Maintaining linen supplies and ensuring organization.
• Securing guest rooms and respecting guest privacy.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
