Job summary

Raymond Management Company seeks a dedicated Room Attendant to clean guest rooms and public areas, restock supplies, and ensure a welcoming stay for guests. You will collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams to address requests and maintain safety and cleanliness throughout the property.

As a full-time team member, you will receive wage increases at 30, 60, and 90 days, plus benefits such as paid time off, holiday pay, and hotel room discounts.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to lift 10 lbs., up to 35 lbs., and stand for extended periods.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to a high standard of cleanliness and comfort.
• Restock supplies, change linens, vacuum, dust, and sanitize rooms and bathrooms.
• Communicate with the front desk and maintenance teams to address guest requests and ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold safety and cleanliness standards to create a healthy environment for guests and teammates.
• Be an essential part of a team that works together to meet and exceed guest expectations.
