Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group in Virginia Beach is seeking a friendly Room Attendant to join our service-oriented team. You will clean guest rooms and public areas to brand standards, restock supplies, and maintain safety procedures.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, teamwork, and reliability. You’ll work in a fast-paced hotel environment with opportunities for growth and access to our benefits and perk program starting from day one.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Team player with guest-focused attitude.
• Knowledge of hospitality cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels.
• Follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, hours and surroundings.
• Ensure rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
• Identify items guests left behind and report via lost-and-found procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
