Responsibilities

• Ensurerooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards.
• Ensure that rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels.
• Follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, hours of operation, and surroundings.
• Ensure that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
• Identify items that guests have left behind and report per hotel's lost and found procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
