Schulte Hospitality Group seeks a dedicated Room Attendant to maintain clean guest rooms and public spaces at our Scottsdale properties. You will ensure linens are stocked, uphold cleanliness standards, and follow safety procedures to keep guests comfortable and safe.

This tipped-eligible role offers daily pay options and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and PTO. You will work with a supportive team across multiple locations that value service, respect, and authentic

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and public areas to hotel standards.
• Ensure clean linen, bedding and towels are stocked.
• Follow safety and security procedures at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services and local surroundings to assist guests.
• Restock supplies and report any maintenance or safety issues.
• Identify and report lost and found items per procedures.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensurethatroomsandpublicareasarecleanedandsanitizedto company-mandatedstandards
• Ensures that rooms have clean linen, bedding andtowels
• Understands and follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation,andhotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants)
• Ensures that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues,drinking glasses,etc.
• Identify itemsthatguestshaveleftbehindandreportitemsutilizing hotel's lost and found procedures
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
