Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group in Tallahassee is seeking a detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our guest-focused team. You will clean and sanitize rooms and public areas to our standards, replenish supplies, and report maintenance needs in a timely manner.

This tipped-eligible, full-time role offers daily pay options, health and life insurance choices, a 401(k) with company match, PTO, holiday pay, and a supportive work culture that rewards reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Team player with a guest-service focus.
• Knowledge of cleanliness standards and procedures.
• Ability to follow safety and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to standards.
• Prepare rooms with clean linen, bedding and towels.
• Follow safety and security procedures as required.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, services, hours and surroundings.
• Stock rooms with soap, tissues, glasses, and amenities.
• Identify items guests leave behind and report per lost-and-found.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensurethatroomsandpublicareasarecleanedandsanitizedto company-mandatedstandards
• Ensures that rooms have clean linen, bedding andtowels
• Understands and follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation,andhotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants)
• Ensures that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues,drinking glasses,etc.
• Identify itemsthatguestshaveleftbehindandreportitemsutilizing hotel's lost and found procedures
• Other duties as assigned
