Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Room Attendant to join our team in California. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with duties focused on cleaning and sanitizing rooms and public areas to our standards.

You will help ensure guest comfort, stock rooms, and follow safety procedures in a fast-paced hotel environment. The position offers a supportive, employee-focused workplace with benefits such as health insurance options, a 401k with company match,

Responsibilities

• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels.
• Follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, hours, and surroundings.
• Ensure rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, glasses, etc.
• Identify items guests have left behind and report per lost and found procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
