Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Room Attendant to join our team in Reno, NV. You will help maintain clean and sanitary rooms and public areas, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas to company standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels.
• Follow all safety and security procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services and surroundings to assist guests.
• Stock rooms with supplies (soap, glasses, etc.) and report missing items.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensurethatroomsandpublicareasarecleanedandsanitizedto company-mandatedstandards


• Ensures that rooms have clean linen, bedding andtowels


• Understands and follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel


• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation,andhotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants)


• Ensures that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues,drinking glasses,etc.


• Identify itemsthatguestshaveleftbehindandreportitemsutilizing hotel's lost and found procedures


• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
