Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn, managed by Schulte Hospitality Group, is seeking a dynamic Room Attendant to provide outstanding cleaning and guest service. You will clean and sanitize rooms and public areas, ensure linens and amenities are replenished, and support a positive guest experience in a busy hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize rooms and public areas to standards.
• Ensure rooms have fresh linen, bedding and towels.
• Follow safety and security procedures as required by the hotel.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services and hours.
• Stock rooms with amenities and supplies (soap, tissues, drinking glasses).
• Identify guests’ left-behind items and follow lost-and-found procedures.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensurethatroomsandpublicareasarecleanedandsanitizedto company-mandatedstandards
• Ensures that rooms have clean linen, bedding andtowels
• Understands and follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation,andhotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants)
• Ensures that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues,drinking glasses,etc.
• Identify itemsthatguestshaveleftbehindandreportitemsutilizing hotel's lost and found procedures
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma/GED
