RegalCare at Worcester in Worcester, MA is seeking an experienced Unit Manager (RN) to lead the nursing unit and coordinate resident care on a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule.

The role requires MA RN license and at least 1 year in a skilled nursing facility; you will supervise RNs, LPNs, CNAs, develop care plans, ensure policy compliance, and mentor staff in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Massachusetts.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring high-quality patient care
• Supervise and support nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Develop and implement care plans in coordination with the interdisciplinary team
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility policies and procedures
• Monitor patient progress and address any changes in condition
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff to promote a positive work environment
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers
