Job summary

Benedictine is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care. You will mentor staff, participate in QA programs, and ensure adherence to policies while fostering a supportive, mission-driven culture across our long-term care facilities in the Duluth area.

Qualifications
