Job summary

The Aberdeen Clinic unit of Sanford Health in Aberdeen, SD is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized care using the nursing process and coordinate care with a broad healthcare team. Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program (AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• RN license in state of practice (unencumbered) with possibility of multistate licensure (NLC).
• Maintains department-specific licensure, competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Coordinate care and patient education; triage and perform nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
