Sanford Health in Aberdeen, SD is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care using the nursing process. You will coordinate care, perform comprehensive assessments, and educate patients and families in a team-based environment.

The ideal candidate will have a nursing degree from an accredited program, an active RN license, and be ready to collaborate with physicians and specialists to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred (AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license where practice occurs; may hold multistate licensure if in NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate care and triage; educate patients and families.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
