Job summary

Sanford Health Aberdeen Clinic in Aberdeen, SD is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process and coordinate patient care across disciplines.

The RN will assess, educate, triage, and implement interventions while collaborating with physicians to ensure quality outcomes. BSN preferred; current RN license required; multistate licensure acceptable in some cases.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized care.
• Coordinates care, assesses patients, educates patients, triages, and performs nursing interventions.
• Collaborates with physicians and other inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
