Job summary

Southern Health Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) to join our healthcare team at the Waushara County Jail in Wisconsin. This full-time, daytime role runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM.

You will coordinate nursing care, supervise daily operations of the medical department, and serve as a clinical resource for staff, corrections officers, and facility leadership, with no nights or weekends. Sign-on and retention bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license/certification required.
• Experience coordinating nursing care and clinical teams.
• Ability to supervise daily operations of a medical department.
• Strong documentation and adherence to policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee nursing care for patients in the correctional healthcare setting
• Perform nursing assessments, treatments, medication administration, and other clinical duties
• Coordinate the daily activities of the healthcare team
• Serve as a clinical resource for nursing and healthcare staff
• Collaborate with correctional officers, healthcare providers, and facility leadership
• Help ensure patient care is delivered according to SHP policies and applicable standards
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support continuity of care
• Assist with the organization and day-to-day operations of the medical department
• Work independently while serving as a dependable clinical resource for the team
