Southern Health Partners is hiring a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) to join the care team at Waushara County Jail in Wisconsin. This full-time, day-shift position offers Monday through Friday daytime hours and a sign-on/retention bonus.

The RN MTA will oversee nursing care, coordinate clinical duties, and serve as a clinical resource within the facility. The role requires strong nursing skills, collaboration with officers and healthcare staff, and adherence to SHP policies

Responsabilités

• Provide and oversee nursing care for patients in the correctional healthcare setting
• Perform nursing assessments, treatments, medication administration, and other clinical duties
• Coordinate the daily activities of the healthcare team
• Serve as a clinical resource for nursing and healthcare staff
• Collaborate with correctional officers, healthcare providers, and facility leadership
• Help ensure patient care is delivered according to SHP policies and applicable standards
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support continuity of care
• Assist with the organization and day-to-day operations of the medical department
• Work independently while serving as a dependable clinical resource for the team
