Southern Health Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) to join our healthcare team at the Waushara County Jail in Wisconsin. This role blends clinical hands-on nursing with coordination, organization, and clinical oversight, all on a daytime schedule.

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with no nights or weekends. You will lead the nursing team, coordinate patient care, ensure documentation accuracy, and serve as a clinical resource for

Qualifications

• Current valid RN license and registration.
• Experience in correctional healthcare or managed care is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and oversee patient care.

Responsabilités

• Provide and oversee nursing care for patients in the correctional healthcare setting
• Perform nursing assessments, treatments, medication administration, and other clinical duties
• Coordinate the daily activities of the healthcare team
• Serve as a clinical resource for nursing and healthcare staff
• Collaborate with correctional officers, healthcare providers, and facility leadership
• Help ensure patient care is delivered according to SHP policies and applicable standards
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support continuity of care
• Assist with the organization and day-to-day operations of the medical department
• Work independently while serving as a dependable clinical resource for the team
