Job summary

Southern Health Partners, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) for the Waushara County Jail in Wisconsin.

The position offers a full-time, day-shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with no nights and no rotating weekend units. The RN MTA will coordinate delivery of quality healthcare, remain clinically engaged, and provide oversight and organization within the hospital's medical department while collaborating with correctional officers

Qualifications

• RN Medical Team Administrator role coordinating correctional healthcare
• Daytime schedule Monday–Friday 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM
• No nights or weekend rotations, stable daytime hours

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee nursing care for patients in the correctional healthcare setting
• Perform nursing assessments, treatments, medication administration, and other clinical duties
• Coordinate the daily activities of the healthcare team
• Serve as a clinical resource for nursing and healthcare staff
• Collaborate with correctional officers, healthcare providers, and facility leadership
• Help ensure patient care is delivered according to SHP policies and applicable standards
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support continuity of care
• Assist with the organization and day-to-day operations of the medical department
• Work independently while serving as a dependable clinical resource for the team
