Waushara County Jail in Wisconsin is seeking an RN Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) for a full-time, daytime role (7:00 AM–1:30 PM, Monday–Friday). No nights, no weekends. You will coordinate delivery of healthcare services and stay clinically engaged.

The RN will lead nursing care, perform assessments and treatments, and serve as a clinical resource for staff in a correctional setting. This position emphasizes organization, oversight, and continuous patient care.

Qualifications

• RN with coordination and oversight responsibilities in a healthcare setting.
• Experience coordinating a healthcare team is a plus.
• Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Responsabilités

• Provide and oversee nursing care for patients in the correctional healthcare setting
• Perform nursing assessments, treatments, medication administration, and other clinical duties
• Coordinate the daily activities of the healthcare team
• Serve as a clinical resource for nursing and healthcare staff
• Collaborate with correctional officers, healthcare providers, and facility leadership
• Help ensure patient care is delivered according to SHP policies and applicable standards
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support continuity of care
• Assist with the organization and day-to-day operations of the medical department
• Work independently while serving as a dependable clinical resource for the team
