Job summary

Southern Health Partners (SHP) is launching healthcare services at Vance County Jail in Henderson, NC, and we’re seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator to help build a strong clinical foundation from day one.

In this leadership role you’ll help establish daily workflows, support your nursing team, and set the tone for quality patient care in a secure, structured environment. You’ll lead with autonomy and join an experienced organization.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina or eligible to practice.
• Experience leading clinical teams in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to establish workflows and ensure care quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily workflows and set quality standards.
• Support nursing staff and provide leadership coverage on rotating schedule.
• Build and implement clinical workflows for the new SHP site.
• Ensure continuity of care in a secure correctional environment.
