Job summary

Southern Health Partners (SHP) is launching healthcare services at Vance County Jail in Henderson, NC, and seeks a Full Time Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator. You will lead the nursing team, establish daily workflows, and uphold quality patient care in a secure, structured setting.

You will cover leadership shifts on a rotating schedule opposite the staff nurse, with autonomy and strong organizational support to build and guide clinical workflows from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina.
• Experience leading a nursing team in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinical workflows and protocols.
• Support and supervise the nursing team to ensure quality patient care.
• Ensure continuity of care on a rotating schedule opposite staff nurse.
• Collaborate with SHP leaders to establish efficient workflows.
