Encore Village is hiring a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts (3-11pm and 11pm-7am). You will provide direct resident care, perform assessments, administer medications, and supervise CNAs within regulations and facility policies. Qualifications

• Currently licensed RN in Illinois.
• Current CPR certification.
• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• One year of long-term care nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise day-to-day nursing activities in resident care.
• Assess residents through direct assessment and chart reviews.
• Administer medications per facility policy and monitor effects.
• Provide treatments as ordered and document in EMR.
• Triage emergencies and coordinate with ADON/charge nurse.
• Collaborate with physicians for timely visits and orders.
• Supervise CNAs and ensure proper care and PHI compliance.
• Promote resident rights and report any abuse.
• Attend required trainings and maintain nursing competency.
