NORA in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our clinical team. The full-time position supports providers and the Clinical Director in delivering client care, recording vital signs, reviewing health concerns, and assisting with procedures and documentation.

The role emphasizes patient education, medication guidance, and adherence to safety and infection prevention standards, with minimal travel and Ohio-area focus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing program.
• Current, active RN license as required by the State of Ohio.
• Current CPR certification.
• First Aid certification as required by the organization.

Responsabilités

• Provide client education regarding medications, diagnoses, treatment plans, preventive health measures, disease management, and other identified healthcare needs.
• Assess clients’ understanding of health education and reinforce instructions as appropriate.
• Under immediate supervision, supports providers and the Clinical Director in provision or client care: recording vital signs, discussing chief health concerns, performing testing and assists with procedures and documentation.
