Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate to support store operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and assist with merchandising and daily tasks.

You will help customers select products, maintain stock, and ensure a friendly, professional shopping environment. The role requires strong English communication, basic fashion knowledge, and flexibility to work in multiple stores within the district.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong English communication skills required

Responsibilities

• Builds customer relationships by providing professional, courteous service to all customers.
• Identifies customer needs and offers knowledgeable assistance to help select products meeting their needs.
• Displays basic fashion and trend knowledge; sells appropriate merchandise and builds relationships.
• Assists with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
• Maintains a positive attitude and adheres to company policies.
• Assists with loss prevention efforts and follows security procedures.
• Balances money and follows proper POS procedures.
• Willing to work in multiple stores within the assigned district.
