Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate to support store operations, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service. You will assist with merchandising, restocking, and pricing, while maintaining professional conduct and adherence to company policies.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work across multiple stores in the district. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Able to take charge when needed and work with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships with customers.
• Help customers identify products that meet their needs and guide selections.
• Display fashion knowledge and sell merchandise while upholding store standards.
• Assist with shipments, restocking, merchandising and pricing.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude and follow company policies.
• Support loss prevention efforts and help minimize shrinkage.
• Balance cash handling and report discrepancies for management review.
• Assist Store Manager in maintaining a tidy, organized sales environment.
