Job summary

Work World is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Puyallup, WA for a full-time position with a pay range of USD $16.66–$18.00 per hour (DOE). This role includes sick time and generous employee discounts.

You will assist customers in-store and by phone, demonstrate product knowledge, greet customers, and help maintain inventory and checkout processes. A high school diploma is required, with 1–2 years of sales or customer service preferred, and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bi-Lingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and over the phone.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to customers.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and polite manner.
• Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
• Process transactions at the cash register, including taking payments and issuing receipts.
• Tag prices on merchandise.
• Contribute to team’s daily sales goals.
