Job summary

Capital Pawn is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Florida. You’ll greet customers, assist with pawn and short-term loan services, and recommend merchandise while delivering a friendly, customer‑focused experience. Pay is $16.00–$19.00 per hour, plus unlimited commission (2–8% based on performance). Earned wage access after day 2, employee discounts, health and other benefits. Store hours typically 9AM–6PM with Sundays off; flexible weekend work and training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18+ years old with high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform light physical tasks.
• Comfortable handling cash and basic math.
• Willingness to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales and loan services.
• Explain pawn terms and paperwork for a smooth experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately following policies.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value for buy/sell decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
