FirstCash Pawn is seeking an entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our pawn store team. The Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate greets, assists, and interacts with customers to process sales, loans, and other transactions in a friendly, professional manner.

We offer hourly pay from $10.75 to $13.00, plus unlimited commission potential on top of base pay. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, paid vacation, 401k, and employee discounts.

Qualificações

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Willing to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers with sales and loan transactions.
• Perform non-management open/close procedures.
• Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items following policies and procedures.
• Answer incoming calls per company standards.
• Explain legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Coordinate with coworkers to create a positive customer experience.
• Complete training and take on related duties as assigned.
