Position Summary
Proactively sell merchandise and provide exceptional customer service in a retail establishment. Collaborate with store management to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds to understand their wants and needs.
• Learn thoroughly about the company's product offerings, answer questions regarding merchandise and store policies.
• Assist customers with recommendations, selections, and locating merchandise based on their needs and desires.
• Maintain cleanliness of shelves, counters, and tables during slow periods.
• Stay informed about current sales, promotions, payment and exchange policies, and security practices.
• Practice active listening: give full attention, understand points made, ask appropriate questions, and avoid interruptions.

Experience and Education

• Minimum 6 months of retail sales experience.
• Ability to sell across a broad range of categories such as clothing and accessories.
• Flexibility with shifts, including weekends and holidays (mandatory).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods (at least 8 hours per shift).
• Passion for fashion and trends.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Bilingual abilities in languages such as Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, Russian, Polish, Italian, or others are a plus.
