Job summary

ALDI on Onalaska, WI is seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to merchandise, stock, cashier, and keep the store clean while delivering excellent customer service. You will work with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience and ensure store standards.

Starting wage is $19.00 per hour with scheduled increases to $19.50 in Year 2, $20.00 in Year 3–4, and $21.00 in Year 5. Typical hours are 30+ per week; lifting up to 45 pounds and POS operation are required.

Qualifications

• Must provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate all store equipment including cash registers and POS system.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong arithmetic skills.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products; maintain shelves and planograms.
• Cashier duties and processing customer purchases using POS system.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and timely delivery to customers' vehicles.
