Job summary

ALDI USA in Onalaska, WI is seeking a Store Associate to merchandise and stock products, cashier, and keep the store clean to ensure an outstanding customer experience. This full-time role averages 30+ hours weekly and starts at $19.00 per hour.

You will work with the ALDI team, provide friendly service, operate the POS, follow policies, and meet availability and attendance requirements while wage increases progress through Year 5.

Qualifications

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate POS and handle cash accurately.

Responsibilities

• Model and uphold customer service principles and escalate issues as needed.
• Inform management of losses due to damaged or outdated products.
• Use POS to process purchases and report scanning concerns.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Open additional check lanes to improve efficiency.
• Stock shelves per merchandising plans to maximize sales.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain zone and merchandising standards at all times.
• Assist management in achieving efficiency and loss goals.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean, safe workplace.
