Savage X Fenty is seeking a driven Retail Part-Time Sales Lead in King of Prussia, PA to support Store Leadership and build an inclusive team delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

As a leader in our first IRL locations, you will partner with the Store Leader to uphold our values, mentor sales associates, maintain VM standards, and drive KPI performance while staying flexible with your schedule.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in a high-volume environment (1–2 years) preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity while managing multiple initiatives.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using technology in daily tasks.
• Strong organizational skills with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Self-directed and highly motivated with ownership of tasks.
• Flexible schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an inclusive store culture aligned with Savage X values and brand ethos.
• Partner with Store Leaders to deliver a dynamic customer journey enhanced by visuals and technology.
• Achieve KPI targets by driving accountability for individual and store performance.
• Address opportunities, risks, and roadblocks with urgency with cross-functional teams.
• Engage guests and VIP members with body positivity, product knowledge, and authenticity.
• Provide training and immediate feedback to store team on customer service and standards.
• Collaborate with Store Leader to motivate sales advisors to hit targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards per VM guides and floorsets.
