Palm Beach Tan - Brookman, Inc. in Martinsville, IN is seeking a Beauty Consultant for a full-time role in a vibrant, professional environment.

You will meet sales goals, consult with customers on tanning and retail items, and maintain a clean salon while handling opening/closing duties and daily administrative tasks. The position offers base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities, with training and development, flexible schedule including nights and weekends, employee discounts, and growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment is required.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7+ hours per day).
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals and targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
