Job summary

ALDI Plymouth is hiring a Store Associate to support merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and store cleanliness. You will work with the ALDI team to deliver excellent customer service and efficient checkout experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires 30+ hours per week at a starting wage of $20.50 per hour, with scheduled wage increases over five years. Applicants must be 18+ with a high school diploma preferred and prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems.
• Follow ALDI policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products according to planograms to maximize sales.
• Cash handling and POS transactions with accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain clean and organized selling floor and back-room areas.
• Assist in curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery to customers’ vehicles.
