Qualifications

• Prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate store equipment such as cash registers and floor scrubber.
• Interpret and apply ALDI operating policies.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Perform basic arithmetic.
• Follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
• Work independently and with others.
• Organize, prioritize, and complete tasks within timeframes.
• Maintain reliable attendance and meet availability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and escalate concerns to store management as needed.
• Inform management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Use POS system to scan purchases and report scanning issues.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Open additional check lanes to improve checkout efficiency.
• Stock shelves and displays according to merchandising planograms.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately for timely delivery.
• Maintain zone and merchandising standards at all times.
• Support management in achieving efficiency and loss goals.
• Ensure safe working environment by identifying hazards and maintaining equipment.
• Follow inventory procedures and product handling guidelines.
• Perform general cleaning to company standards.
