Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a store associate to merchandise, stock products, cashier, and keep the store clean. You will work with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role is full-time with average hours of 30+ per week, starting wage $19.00 per hour, and scheduled wage increases in years 2–5 up to $21.00 per hour. Candidate should be at least 18 with a high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform basic arithmetic.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and assist store management.
• Operate POS system to process purchases and handle cash accurately.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays per planograms.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain clean and safe store environment; follow policies and safety rules.
• Assist with opening additional checkout lanes as needed.
