Job summary

ALDI in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Store Associate to merchandise, stock, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness. You will work closely with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold store standards.

The role is full-time with an average of 30+ hours per week, starting wage $19.00 per hour, and scheduled wage increases through Year 5. Benefits are offered to full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock shelves to follow merchandising planograms.
• Process customer purchases with POS and handle cash accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with questions.
• Maintain store cleanliness and operate equipment safely (floor scrubber, baler).
• Open additional check lanes as needed for efficient checkout.
• Assist management in achieving loss prevention and safety goals.
